Validation and Verification
Process

1. Application and Contract Review
Organizations
seeking validation or verification services submit an application describing
the scope of activities, applicable programmes, and relevant documentation.
BMQR reviews the application to confirm competence, impartiality, and resource
availability before accepting the engagement.
2. Validation/Verification Planning
BMQR
assigns a competent validation/verification team and develops a validation or
verification plan defining:
- scope of activities
- objectives and criteria
- sampling approach
- timelines and
responsibilities.
3. Validation/Verification Activities
The
assigned team performs validation or verification activities which may include:
- document review
- data analysis
- interviews with relevant
personnel
- site visits and inspection
of processes
- evaluation of supporting
evidence.
4. Independent Technical Review
Validation
or verification findings are reviewed by an independent technical reviewer who
was not involved in the assessment activities to ensure objectivity and
technical accuracy.
5. Validation/Verification Decision
Based on
the evaluation of evidence and independent review, BMQR makes a formal
validation or verification decision.
6. Issuance of Statement
Where
applicable, BMQR issues a Validation Statement or Verification Statement
confirming the level of assurance and scope of the engagement.
